threw my first dinner party at 16 and haven’t looked back! i have been researching, practising and learning about food since i was 14. leading me to enjoy a deliciously long winding path, including into the realms of biochemistry! it continues to this day it all distills into a very simple plate for me. food made simple but with the best available ingredients and care. i would rather climb a mountain on an empty stomach for a quality meal rather than immediately quell my hunger from a tummy rumble |
